Ways in Which Sonas Helps Conserve the Environment
As I already explained before, Sonas has been trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible. The government have taken charge that all over the country, in major cities, the bins have four compartments, each clearly labeled: Glass, paper, plastic and cans and other. This already increases the chance of people to filter their rubbish into the right bins. They are then either brought to a landfill, and incinerator or recycling center, depending on the materials. For citizens at home, they can filter their trash and garbage men and garbage truck pick it up on different days of the week. There is group of trucks which pick up the general waste (for citizens who decide not to filter their trash or have waste which don’t fit into the other categories), who comes every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. As most of the population don’t filter their trash, this truck picks up the trash the most often. For the plastic and paper waste, a truck comes every Tuesday and for glass waste, the truck comes every two Thursdays.
